We face a continuous onslaught of negativity and attempts to bias our thinking through media sources. As Nietzsche said, “And if thou gaze long into an abyss, the abyss will also gaze into thee.” It’s not just bullying and negativity that is directed at us that is the concern, it’s also the constant consumption of negativity and bias that eventually affects our thoughts and actions. Take time to see the world as you will have it, not as someone else will tell you that it is. Then make it so.
